Lynn has over 30 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, focused primarily in the gas marketing industry. Lynn graduated Cum Laude from Louisiana Tech University with a BS in Accounting and is a Certified Public Accountant. She began her career with Crystal Oil Company in Shreveport, Louisiana then moved to Dallas where she went to work for Petrus Oil Company as a Revenue accountant and then as Manager of Revenue Accounting. In 1988 she began working in the gas marketing arena at BridgeGas USA as Controller then continued on in that capacity with Teco Gas Marketing. Lynn moved to NGTS LP as Credit Manager/Controller in 2000 and remained there through April 2011 when NGTS LP ceased operations. Lynn joined Hydrocarbon Exchange in August 2014 and is currently responsible for all aspects of the accounting and financial operations of the company.
Negin R. Khodaparast

Negin joined Hydrocarbon Exchange in 2006 after receiving her BS in Finance from the Naveen Jindal School of Management at UT Dallas. Negin began her career in the natural gas industry over a decade ago on the trade floor to oversee Hydrocarbon Exchange’s assets in the Barnett Shale. Negin negotiated transportation deals with various pipelines and managed Hydrocarbon’s short and long term physical and financial positions. Currently, Negin oversees all of Hydrocarbon’s energy portfolio which has grown to include assets in the Permian Basin and Eagleford Shale as well as crude oil production in West Texas.
Brooke E. Hill
Manager of Trading
Brooke Hill joined Hydrocarbon Exchange in 2012 after graduating from LSU with her BS in Marketing. Currently she manages the day to day trading and transportation of physical gas from South Texas to California. Her area of expertise lies in analyzing market spreads and optimizing transportation in order to deliver the highest net back prices to both Hydrocarbon and our Producer community.
